Good Morning loves,
I pray you all are doing well - praise God, we made it to the middle of the week!
So from this chapter, again I see the importance of trusting God to provide. God has spent the last 5 chapters giving Moses instructions of all that He wants him to have the Israelites do to create the holy temple, the Ark, priest garments, etc. Earlier I shared with you that my Pastor pointed out to the congregation that God had already given the Israelites all the building materials and supplies they would need for this massive project. I highlighted the importance of having a willing heart to give these gifts to honor God. In this chapter I want to highlight that God had placed people in the midst to who were skilled in completing these tasks. God knew what He was asking was a lot but He didn't leave Moses up to his own wiles to get the job done. There were already skilled artisans who could help bring all of these instructions to life - what a God we serve! Sometimes we may be tasked with a great assignment, God will give us specific instructions, but be comforted by the fact that with those instructions, God will provide both the SUPPLIES and the SKILLED WORKERS you need to accomplish your assignment. So take heart, and be mindful to God presence and calling on those around you so that they can help you. We aren't called to build for God's Kingdom alone, so let us all stop acting/feeling like it. Ask God to not only make provisions for the materials you need to carry out you assignment, but for the people who are to assist you. And we all need to be willing to help others, even as leaders ourselves, because we may be the skilled work someone else needs to carry our their God-given assignment. So ask God to guide you and trust that He will provide! Don't carry the burden of complete an assignment alone, share the opportunity for others to be a blessing and lend a helping hand.
