Wow!!! I must admit at first i didn't understand what love, or for that matter what God's love was. I was showing love the best way i know how... I learned a lot of things the hard way!? But now i realizing that i never had anything special with anyone etc,friends,family,old girlfriends. Loving folks my way never ended up in something great!!!
I love this great chapter on love!
13:4 Love is patient,
This here is where I fail at multitude of times. It does not have a quick temper. It is not subject to outburst of anger. Love will not return evil for evil.
Love is kind,
Kind means to me useful and gracious. Somebody who help others. It able to recognize needs, and return good for evil.
and is not jealous,
This was a problem that I didn't notice in till later on. The word jealous means to me to boil with envy, and to not show good feelings that happened to happen others.
And is not arrogant,
This expresses to me that love is not like that.it isn't rude, and not self-centered, and it doesn't think about itself.
